These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relations with my customers. My terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall only become part of the contract if and to the extent that I have expressly agreed to their validity.
2. scope of services – treatments
All persons over 18 years of age who are able to enter into a contract are treated at their own request and by appointment. Persons under 18 years of age require the consent of their legal representative. The duration and scope of treatment depend on the previous and individual agreement. I give treatment recommendations, the decision about the type of treatment is made by the customer.
3. treatment card index
The agreed treatments are recorded in a file sheet created for the customer. The treatment appointments entered in the card are the subject of this agreement.
4. prices
All prices include 19% VAT. The prices can be found in the price list. All services must be paid for in cash immediately after delivery.
5. binding appointment cancellation fee
A provisional appointment is binding if it has been agreed between me and the customer in writing or verbally. This time is reserved exclusively for the particular customer and his treatment. Provisional appointments are confirmed by me by e-mail (or SMS) to the customer.
It is possible to cancel, postpone or completely withdraw from the appointment. In case of a cancellation, a postponement or a withdrawal up to 2 days (48 hours) before the planned date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If an appointment is cancelled, postponed or cancelled – irrespective of the reason for not keeping the appointment – less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount for the planned treatment is due.
There is no right to make up the missed appointment free of charge.
